“It is our intention to contribute to the goodness available in this world by creating legacy trainings that support the evolution of human consciousness and community connection.

We believe that when we can safely meet and release our own trauma, conditioning and perceived limitations, we can step more fully into authentic, integral and aligned self expression as a powerful healing force.

This is our vision for myself, for you and for humanity.”

— Steph Magenta, Founder SEVEN DIRECTIONS® BREATHWORK

Find your time zone HERE

All programs offer real time (not pre-recorded) learning, and your attendance at all live calls must reach a minimum of 80% to graduate. Additionally, you receive ongoing support via your assigned mentors, smaller mentor sub groups, and peer to peer support.

We host ongoing integration circles, Q&A sessions and monthly (optional) shamanic ceremonies to enhance your process. These are run via our interactive learning platform, your free student access into our Breathwork Community, and once part of our alumni, offers opportunities to progress into apprentice mentor roles. We also host regular group supervision as part of your graduate CPD.

Alongside your 4 x mentorship training calls, additional one to one support sessions* can be booked with any of our mentoring team for the cohort you select, or any of our assigned supervisors (*not included in your tuition fees).

In between our core curriculum meetings, you will be expected to:

  • Complete all essential reading (3 core books) and work The Presence Process.

  • Maintain regular breathwork practices & journal your experiences.

  • Ensure you are fully up to date with all classes and calls you may have missed.

  • Keep written records of one to one & group case study sessions.

  • Commit to putting time aside for regular personal and/or professional development, maintaining high levels of self awareness & accountability throughout.

  • Understand and develop your unique perspective on working with the breath within our training guidelines and Code of Ethics..

  • Complete all 4 xMentor sessions prior to graduation.

  • Commit to your assignments & study buddy meetings.

  • Submit all required course work within 2 months of completion after graduation.

what our students are saying

Who is our training for?

  • Those already working in healing modalities who are considering using breathwork in addition to those modalities, e.g., yoga, counselling, coaching, shamanic healing, bodywork, or any other person centered practice such as first responders, medical practitioners, humanitarian aid workers, and those working with veterans or within the field of addiction and recovery.

  • Those who work in client based services, mental health provision, or other services supporting wellbeing.

  • Anyone who feels the desire to offer somatic, body based therapeutic work through breath and who has a solid foundation of personal growth work to support them.

  • Anyone who has completed other in-depth training/s but does not yet feel ready to hold people’s emotional and psychological trauma.

  • Those who recognise the value of science and the unknown aspects of the mystery of human consciousness and wish to combine both aspects in their work.

  • Those for whom ethical practice, integrity and grounded safe facilitation is of high value.

*This is not a shamanic training. For more information on training in core shamanism, we highly recommend NORTHERN DRUM.*

your PERSONALISED ROUTE TO GRADUATION with our

one on one study program

The key difference in our one-on-one training is that you can tailor your learning to suit your time zone and lifestyle. Typically, you will meet fortnightly alongside our group program schedule but with flexible dates and times. Your assigned lead trainer will be an experienced approved Seven Directions® mentor and breathwork facilitator.

One-on-one training is hosted by Rebecca Baker, our mentor trainer and senior faculty. Ths route offers greater flexibility for those in need. This option must also be completed within a 12 month maximum time frame.

All 1-2-1 requirements are the same as those for group study.

Schedule DetAils

During your 1-2-1 training, you are able to access our community student group, watch some of the recorded content from our group classes, join our integrations and other ceremony sessions, and receive the same supporting information as our group students. You do not have access to our group training calls or platform, however you do have the benefit of ongoing personalised mentoring.

One to one training typically takes a similar amount of time to complete allowing for the occasional break in scheduling. This does not include your in-person graduation practicum which you will attend with the group cohort running parallel to your 1-2-1 tuition. During the program, you will be expected to attend regular online or in person breathwork sessions to maintain your personal practice. You should also develop a daily breath awareness as integral to your own breath mastery.

Price options

The total cost of THE one to one program is currently set at £3,500 UK sterling (excluding graduation fees). There are no additional mentor fees in the 1-2-1 program except for your FINAL graduation module.

A £500 deposit secures your place. Your deposit is non-refundable.

Payment plans can be arranged by request. Fees must be complete prior to certification. We invite you to request a curriculum and upon receipt, schedule a free consultation call with your proposed one to one training guide to discuss this further.
