Steph Magenta

  • Steph Magenta is an Alchemy of Breath trained Breathwork Facilitator, for whom she was also a member of their teaching team for a year before evolving her own business. She is an Oxygen Advantage Advanced Instructor, licensed Bodywork Therapist and Shamanic Practitioner, holding over 30 years of experience in detox, healing, and somatic bodywork practices. 

    Steph brings a background in published addiction research, award winning writing, and sexual freedom advocacy to her work. An international retreat and events leader, she has always maintained a strong investment in providing grounded, safe, and ethical practice, rooted in informed training and ongoing personal self development.

    She is recognised in her work for holding accessible, embodied practice, holding a strong focus on integration, professional ethics and competence. 

    Steph has been leading free online weekly breathwork sessions for 5 years - you can join those sessions by going to our Breathe With Us page.

    Steph is passionately invested in ongoing shamanic practice and training, and brings her passion for the ways of the ‘Sacred Circle’ to this program. She is trained in TRE trauma release work and Dr Betty Martin’s Wheel of Consent.

    Steph is a huge advocate of cold & heat exposure practices along with nervous system regulation, clean food, sleep hygiene and authentic relating as pathways to wellbeing.

    She is the creator of the 21 Day Breathwork Challenge and is a Shift Network Breathwork Summit presenter and faculty course provider.

    Steph was a recent keynote speaker in Kenya, Africa 2023 for The Global Inspiration Conference as part of Breathe Africa International, speaking about ethics in practice.

    She lives in the north west of England on land originally held by the Celtic Brigantes.

    Patrick is the Founder of Buteyko International & Oxygen Advantage. He joins us to teach the Science of Functional breathing in which he is considered a leader and expert in his field.

    Robyn Dalzen, Faculty

    Robyn Dalzen is a Consent Educator. She joins us to teach the crucial nature of Interpersonal Consent in somatic work & therapy, using Betty Martin's Wheel of Consent as her framework here.

    Prema is a Somatic Therapist, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner and experienced body and breathworker. She joins us to teach the Psychology of Trauma

    Maya LaRose, faculty

    Maya is an Algonquin Elder based in Wellington Canada. She is a Personal Support Worker, End-of-life Doula, Knowledge Keeper & Community weaver. Maya has devoted her life to being in service and is endlessly grateful to Spirit and to the many teachers who have helped define her path and gain the skills needed to fulfill her passion. She brings in the Seven Grandfather Teachings.

    Sisonke Papu (KHNYSA), faculty

    Ritual and Ceremony as Technologies of the Self, Community and Consciousness. Sisonke joins us to bring the fundamental aspects of ritual, ceremony, ancestry, lineage and land awareness into our program. He is the bridge between the practice and the mystery of human consciousness. His sessions create truly profound transmissions!

    Natasha is a Trauma and Somatic Healing Teacher, and the Founder of the Trauma Release Method Facilitator training & The Potent Woman Journey. She is also a double certified Breathwork Facilitator.

    Pat is a corporate wellness provider & coach, entrepreneur & businessman, breathworker and all round seeker in life. He is a competent communicator and has an ongoing jujitsu practice which he loves! Pat brings in shadow work teachings to enhance and clarify your Presence Process journey through the program.

    Rebecca Llewellyn, Lead Trainer (US/Canada) & Group Mentor

    AoB, Integrative Breath & Seven Directions® Triple certified breathworker.

    Rebecca is a non-Indigenous Canadian committed to Truth & Reconciliation, currently living on the traditional territories of the Erie, Neutral, Huron-Wendat, Haudenosaunee, and Mississaugas, land covered by the Dish with One Spoon Wampum Belt Covenant. Rebecca is proud to call ‘Hamilton’ home. She walks a strong shamanic path and weaves her Medicine into her practice.

    Rebecca is a former teacher of performing arts. She is one of our primary 1-2-1 teaching team staff. Her previous experience as a former teacher gives her great clarity in her teaching skills as a 1-2-1 Trainer.

    Mental health professional. Mark is a big loving bear! He practIces IFS, NVC & Clean Language and is a former pro-surfer! His passion for clean language supports his practice. Mark lives in Poland in between the city and the forest with his wife Aisha, who is also a mentor on our program.

    Kinesiologist, former corporate marketer. Aisha lives in Poland spending time in Warsaw City and her cabin in the forest with husband Mark (also a mentor). She is passionate about women’s empowerment and works through cacao and the body to enhance her practice.
