Each cohort follows the Seven Directions® Curriculum but lead trainers may bring their own unique perspectives to the work. Please be sure to select trainings in a time zone that suits you AND please be aware that each is taught by a different lead trainer. You can request further information about any training using the buttons below their listing.

*Founder Steph Magenta teaches on the international training only with the exception of guest classes on other programs

We cover: Ethics, Consent, Professionalism in Practice, the Science of Breathing, Wisdom Keeping Practices, Polyvagal Theory, Power Dynamics, Somatic Embodiment & Inquiry, Self Mastery, Contraindications to Practice, Catharsis & Abreactions, the Window of Presence/Tolerance, The Psychology of Trauma, the Right use of Touch, Anatomy & Physiology, conscious clear communication, social justice through wellness practices, and much more. Each course leader will have their own unique gifts and ‘Medicine’ so please take the time to feel into what and who feels right for you.
