SEVEN DIRECTIONS® BREATHWORK offers a range of double accredited trainings in a conscious connected breathwork. Our training is positioned at the meeting point of science and mysticism, and we hold a shamanic grounding alongside an ethical, knowledge based, pragmatic approach.

Each cohort is run by a different teaching team in different time zones so please be sure to select what suits you, or alternatively, you can request further information from any of the lead trainers using the buttons below their listing.

All of our programs follow the same curriculum and content. Ethics, Consent, Professionalism in Practice, the Science of Breathing, Wisdom Keeping Practices, Polyvagal Theory, Somatic Embodiment, Self Mastery, Contraindications to Practice, Catharsis and the Window of Presence/Tolerance, The Psychology of Trauma, the Right use of Touch, and much more are included in all programs. Each course leader will have their own unique gifts and ‘Medicine’ so take the time to feel into what and who feels right for you. Please reach out directly to each team for further information.

Jan (FULL) & JUNE 2025 | taught by founder, steph magenta Applications for june now open!

Our next 12 month International evening group trainings with founder Steph Magenta start in January & June 2025.

Sessions will run on Wednesday evenings (for January) Tuesday evenings (for June) at 6:00-8:30pm BST UK time graduating in January & June 2026. These small groups are kept intentionally lower in numbers to cultivate depth and intimacy in your learning experience. Our one to one pathway with lead trainer Rebecca Baker offers you start any time flexibility.

Create your learning schedule to suit your lifestyle as you work through the program on a personalised basis where you will select the closest graduation practicum to your training completion to join the group cohort to graduate. .
