Each cohort follows the Seven Directions® Curriculum but may bring its own unique perspectives to the work. Please be sure to select trainings in a time zone that suits you. You can request further information from any of the lead trainers using the buttons below their listing.

All of our programs follow the same fundamental curriculum and content. We cover: Ethics, Consent, Professionalism in Practice, the Science of Breathing, Wisdom Keeping Practices, Polyvagal Theory, Somatic Embodiment, Self Mastery, Contraindications to Practice, Catharsis and the Window of Presence/Tolerance, The Psychology of Trauma, the Right use of Touch, Anatomy & Physiology, conscious clear communication, Somatic Inquiry and much more. Each course leader will have their own unique gifts and ‘Medicine’ so take the time to feel into what and who feels right for you.
