We decided this year to focus on rest and relaxation, pleasure and fun. We are often all so busy eternally learning and studying, working hard and caught in a constant cycle of doing more rather than just being, so this year we decided to change track and invite you to come and deeply relax with us in this super spacious, beautifully located, restful and luxurious retreat week. Come and lounge by the natural infinity pool, enjoy the on site sauna, be nourished and cleanse from the inside out with plant based clean food divinely created by our chef Blanka, enjoy the stunning sea view and mountain vistas, visit the local markets, and watch the stunning famous sunsets and sunrises, nap, chat and explore - it's all possible!
We will have PLENTY of spaciousness, shamanic ceremony, lots of breathwork, yoga and other gentle and easy movement practices, local guided walks, visits to Ibiza's Sacred sites, beach trips with time for swimming (Ibiza is typically perfect for that in April - not too hot and not too busy).

Situated in a glorious spot in the well known Cala Comte with the sunset in full view all year round, overlooking the ocean with more views far and wide, spanning right over the island, we return to our much loved venue for a second year, only this time we're simply dropping into BEING rather than learning, that said you get to experience the Seven Directions® ethos and practices first hand too.
We will have a gorgeous outdoor breathwork and movement shala, fully equipped with mats, bolsters, belts, cushions and blankets so you don't need to bring a thing except yourself. Think yoga by the natural pool, hammocks and open fires, it's all there!
Whilst there you will:

>> Play with contrast therapy in the sauna & pool.
>> Explore beautiful yoga and mediation sessions.
>> Deepen your knowledge of consent and ethics in practice.
>> Visit some of Ibiza's sacred sites and enjoy intentional ceremony whilst there.
>> Cleanse and rejuvenate from the inside out.

Rates include all food and accomodation. They do not include flights, airport transfers or external costs.

T&Cs for in-person residential retreat events:
*Cancellation of your retreat place up to 8 weeks prior to the first day of retreat start: your non-refundable deposit and a 10% admin fee applies
*Cancellation of your retreat place 4-8 weeks prior to the first day of retreat start: 50% of your participation fee is applicable (this will also include what you have paid as your non-refundable deposit)
*Cancellation of your retreat place 2-4 weeks prior to the first day of retreat start: 75% of your participation fee is still applicable (this will also include what you have paid as your non-refundable deposit)
*Cancellation of your retreat place two weeks or less prior to the first day of retreat start: No refunds! 100% of your participation fee is applicable (this will also include what you have paid as your non-refundable deposit).
If you cancel and the event is full, we will endeavour to re-sell your place and if successful, you will be given a full refund less a 10% admin fee.
