We know that when we do this work, we often need some serious downtime for integration, so we've chosen a brand new location for our time together, and we've factored plenty of integration and down time into our schedule. Lounge by the pool, enjoy the stunning sea view and mountain vistas, make use of the cold plunge and steam sauna, visit the local markets, and watch the stunning famous sunsets and sunrises, nap, chat and explore - it's all possible!
Learn and chill in equal measure knowing that when you come away, you will have gained a higher level of certification in your Breathwork Training, taking you to Practitioner Level to enhance your existing 12 month Facilitator certification (see notes on qualifying students below).

Situated high up in the mountains with the sunset in full view all year round, overlooking the ocean with more views far and wide, spanning right over the islands close to Benirras, the famous drumming beach!
We will have a gorgeous outdoor breathwork and movement shala which is fully equipped with mats, bolsters, belts, cushions and blankets so you don't need to bring a thing except yourself.
Enjoy magnificent ocean views whilst eating deliciously prepared locally sourced food created every day for us with love and care by our chef Blanca.

>> Gain more grounding in the use of somatic experiencing touch points in breathwork.
>> Learn more about working with one to one clients using compassionate inquiry, breath assessments and more.
>> Deepen your knowledge of consent and ethics in practice.
>> Learn more about the nervous system and trauma release.
>> Identify who needs modified practices and what they can be.
>> Experience regular breathwork practice in a variety of ways.
>> Open to finding your unique ways of serving Breathwork!
>> Understand the relevance of parts work in practice.
Priority booking is given to graduates of Seven Directions® Breathwork and students who have completed a minimum of 6 months training to certification level with other schools. If you have not completed the Seven Directions® training program (or add on bundle) you will be awarded a CPD Certificate of Attendance.
Graduates of our program will be awarded Advance Practitioner certification.
This year we have tiered rates to suit your budget and offer payment plans to make the retreat more available to folk.

*Cancellation of your retreat place up to 8 weeks prior to the first day of retreat start: your non-refundable deposit and a 10% admin fee applies
*Cancellation of your retreat place 4-8 weeks prior to the first day of retreat start: 50% of your participation fee is applicable (this will also include what you have paid as your non-refundable deposit)
*Cancellation of your retreat place 2-4 weeks prior to the first day of retreat start: 75% of your participation fee is still applicable (this will also include what you have paid as your non-refundable deposit)
*Cancellation of your retreat place two weeks or less prior to the first day of retreat start: No refunds! 100% of your participation fee is applicable (this will also include what you have paid as your non-refundable deposit).
If you cancel and the event is full, we will endeavour to re-sell your place and if successful, you will be given a full refund less a 10% admin fee.
