MY HEART IS TORN OPEN FOR YOU: NEW GLOBAL MAJORITY TRAINING

My womb bleeds for you.

My heart is torn open for you - for you, for me, for every living being, every cell that hums with life yet struggles to be heard. It aches in the silence between us, in the spaces where words fail and love is felt but not spoken.

I feel the fracture of disconnection, how we circle one another, guarded, longing to be seen yet afraid to be known. How we forget that beneath language, beneath fear, beneath history, there is a shared rhythm - a pulse that calls us back to one another.

My heart breaks for all that we cannot yet say, for the truths that tremble at the edge of our lips, for the tenderness we bury beneath survival. It breaks because I know we were made for more than this distance, more than this forgetting.

And still - my womb bleeds for you.

It bleeds in preparation, in the quiet gathering of strength for something not yet born.

It bleeds in healing, as the body remembers what the mind cannot hold.

It bleeds in grief, for all that has been lost, unnamed, ungrieved. It bleeds in illness and in health

- a sacred rhythm of release and renewal, a reminder that life is always moving, always asking us to feel.

This bleeding is not only pain - it is creation, it is clearing, it is the body’s prayer for transformation.

Still, I see - we can find connection in so many ways.

In breath shared across distance.

In the meeting of eyes that say “I recognise you.”

In the quiet act of choosing presence, again and again.

In the ways we tend to ourselves before reaching outward.

This is why we must choose ourselves first - not in separation, but in devotion.

Choosing ourselves with love, and choosing love as it is. Because when we root into

that place, we begin to remember: we belong.

Not longing.

Belonging.

This is why I choose to breathe, not alone but alongside you, breathing the same air as you, our ancestors, and all relations.

To breathe with intention.

To breathe life into what feels disconnected.

To breathe as an offering - supporting and populating our ecosystem with presence, care, and truth.

Breath as bridge.

Breath as remembrance.

I recognise, too, why others may choose to no longer give their energy to this. That is their righteous path; and this - this is mine.

Take me or leave me. Take or leave my offerings. I will not force, I will not chase, but

I will persist until there is a clear message for me to shift into another source.

It is from this place, this breaking open, this remembering, this devotion, that I

am choosing now to co-create a Breathwork Facilitator Training curriculum with Seven Directions for People of Colour and the Global Majority.

Because the spaces we breathe in matter.

Because who holds those spaces matters.

Because too many people of colour and those of the global majority have been excluded, misunderstood, or unsupported in healing spaces that were never built with them in mind.

This is not just about breathwork, it is about reclaiming space. It is about restoring voice. It is about creating pathways for facilitators who carry lived experience, cultural knowing, ancestral wisdom, and truth in their bodies.

To co-create this curriculum now is to respond to what I feel in my body, in my heart, in my womb, as a call for preparation, for healing, for something new to be born that honours where we have come from and where we are going. This offering is rooted in connection, not hierarchy. In embodiment, not performance. In compassion, not extraction.

It is for those who are ready to choose themselves, with love, ready to move from longing into belonging. To breathe not just for themselves, but for the ecosystems they are part of.

This is my path.

This is my offering.

If it resonates with you, I invite you to walk alongside us.
