In this immersive weekend gathering in an exquisite retreat space on Mexico (nearest airport Cancun), we will be engaging elemental breathing practices which will be your reminder that all you need is inside of you in your breath. There was an inhalation that welcomed you to this world, and when your journey ends, your last exhalation will seal the story of your existence. Everything that happens between these two sacred acts is the spirit of the air supporting you, the elements shaping your biology, weaving your consciousness, and reminding you that you are alive.

Each breath is a key: it opens spaces in your mind where the infinite dwells, uncovers memories that your body kept in silence, and recalibrates the electric pulse of your heart. Science calls it bioelectrical coherence but some indigenous traditions name it the breath of the spirit. Breathing is participating in the eternal alchemical cycle: life, death, resurrection in every new beginning.

Your medicine is not outside of you, it has always been within you!
