The Shamanic Art of Lucid Dreaming

  • Seven Directions® Breathwork Zoom (map)

Join Steph Magenta & Chris Lüttichau for a journey into the Shamanic Dream World through shamanic practice and connected breathwork.

‘Lucid dreaming’ is a modern term for an ancient practice that teaches how to become aware of the fact that you are dreaming, whilst asleep. This awareness provides opportunities for making conscious choices and directing your dream while sleeping. It opens the door to personal growth, empowerment, awakening, adventure and healing.

Lucid dreaming is at the very heart of shamanism, and there are tribes where the shaman is called ‘the one who dreams.’ It has been practiced by shamans, yogis, and mystics for thousands of years, enabling you to journey into other realms, to connect with guides and teachers, to overcome fears, to shapeshift, and explore the many other realms of human consciousness.

In this workshop you will be taught methods on how to enter the world of lucid dreaming by Chris and guided into a connected breathwork session with Steph.

Chris has worked with lucid dreaming since the early 1990s.

This type of work requires some capacity for inner stability and self resourcing and is not suitable for some contra-indicated health conditions, some of which are listed below:

Schizophrenia, unmedicated bipolar or psychosis, unmanaged PTSD, epilepsy or seizures, heart conditions or arrhythmia, COPD or pre-existing lung conditions, delicate and/or first trimester
pregnancy, high blood pressure, very low blood pressure with fainting history, severe asthma, glaucoma and/or detached retina, severe osteoporosis, or recent major surgery. In some cases you may be able to join us and we will suggest modified practices, but all attendees need to be well resourced and experienced with self-care and self regulation.

In signing up to this event, you agree that you are responsible for your own self care and have consulted your medical care provider if experiencing any of the above.

Please make sure you have a clear space in which to work where you can be undisturbed for the time of the workshop and log in with headphones to protect group privacy and confidentiality.
