Breathwork Training Q&A

  • Seven Directions® Breathwork (map)

Are you looking for a Breathwork Facilitator Training program

with a unique approach to the breath?

Our April intake is a daytime program.

We offer an 8 month trauma informed, science backed program with a strong focus on working within the principles of the Sacred Circle and the Medicine Wheel as a framework for personal growth. When we live in right relation with the Earth and our communities, we live in right relation with ourselves.

We believe that we can only take others as far as we have gone in our own healing journey, and it is our intention to make this training informative, exploratory, co-creative, inspiring and supportive.

We are supported by an incredible Faculty Teaching Team and experienced Mentoring Team and our program is GPBA (Global Professional Breathwork Alliance) approved/certified.

What's unique about Seven Directions®?

Our program positions itself at the meeting point of science and mysticism, and holds a strong focus on inclusivity, diversity and community. The program takes you on a journey of deep self awareness and self ownership, and along the way you get the benefit of some incredible teachers.
