Join us for this curated 40 minute breathwork experience.
The Seventh Directions is the final directions in the Seven Directions® Sacred Circle - it relates to knowing and seeing ourselves standing in the centre of the Wheel; in our hearts.
In this practice, we intentionally open a shamanic portal to travel with the breath. Journeying through the rainforests, the deserts and the jungle with icaro, healing sounds and intention, we invite you to drop in and open your heart to the wisdom we all carry within.
NOTE: This is a practice for more experienced breathers - there are less prompts and cues once the journey is established and the portals are open. You are welcome to breathe through the mouth or the nose, or simply to use the practice to transport you into the realms of higher consciousness as a focussed meditation practice.
If choosing connected mouth breathing practice, please make sure that you have read the waiver and use nose breathing if you are new to this work.
We recommend that you find and create a peaceful, undisturbed place for yourself where you can really drop in. Please be sure to give yourself plenty of time for integration at the end.
An eye mask and earphones are recommended for a deeper immersive experience.
