Founder Steph Magenta holds a business vision that works within the guiding principle of living in right relation with ourselves, each other and the Earth.
Through each training program, we take our students on a journey through what it means to support others in the safe exploration of body, mind and spirit. There is a saying, “how you do one thing is how you do everything,” and this speaks to personal alignment and integrity - the whole ethos behind our program. We invite your inquiry with an open heart. When we move towards listening from the heart, our true guide, and move towards what shamanism often refers to as “Walking in Beauty”, a Navajo/Diné prayer for living in right relation with all beings, human and non human, we open unending possibility for living in right relation and alignment. We become the Sacred Human.
We are widely trauma informed, recognising that trauma impacts people differently across cultures and lands very differently. We hold ethical practice at the heart of what we do and how we show up in the world.
Our program starts with the opportunity to begin with foundations in breathwork and continues into facilitator and practitioner levels of training with extended mentoring, CPD and other opportunities available, offering 400+ hours of training.
We are proud to be an approved GPBA (Global Professional Breathwork Alliance) accredited listed school. Seven Directions® Breathwork is also an approved & accredited IPHM Training provider, and an organisational member of the IBF (International Breathwork Foundation) and Breathwork UK.
What is seven directions® breathwork?
Seven Directions® Breathwork is a Wisdom School offering a range of trainings primarily focussed in breathwork and the principle of living in Right Relation with ourselves, with each other and with the Earth.
It is born from a passion for, and commitment to, the Sacred Circle as a healing path for humanity in these rapidly changing times where connection and community are perhaps more important than ever. All members of the community we co-create are honoured for their personal ‘Medicine’.
We believe that our unique approach, which positions itself directly at the meeting point of SCIENCE and MYSTICISM, offers an integrative way of working with the breath, without the practice having to be overly weighted towards the scientific, which can become too theoretical and prescriptive, or overly biased towards the mystical which can become ungrounded and disembodied. We feel the omission of either aspect excludes important parts of our human experience and that each has great value in this work.
“In the circle there is no beginning and no end, there is no above and no below. - we are one”
We welcome your inquiry
Seven Directions® breathwork is based upon the seven foundational pillars of:
RESPECT: FOR ALL BEINGS EVERYWHERE
EMBODIMENT: THE INTEGRATION OF LIVED EXPERIENCE
AUTHENTICITY: THE WILLINGNESS TO BE RADICALLY HONEST
VISION: HOW OUR WORK IMPACTS THE WORLD & WHAT WE GIVE BACK
INTEGRITY: WALKING YOUR PATH IN HUMILITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY
ALIGNMENT: CREATING LEGACY THAT HONORS YOUR UNIQUE ‘MEDICINE’
PURPOSE: STEPPING INTO THE CENTRE OF YOUR PERSONAL SACRED CIRCLE.
We tithe 5% of all of our main training program income to projects and individuals invested in protecting the planet and her people.
OUR business VISION
It is our intention to create a sense of Sacred Circle and reciprocity within our training program.
Most businesses operate in a hierarchical top-down way, but we choose to work with the energy of the Sacred Circle. This does not mean absence of leadership, but it does mean that we are here in support of each other in stepping into our greatness, bringing forward our unique strengths and gifts, and leaning into the strengths and gifts of others.
Many indigenous cultures and communities around the world sit in circle and engage in active listening daily. Community recognises the inherent wisdom in the lived experience of Elders whilst also honouring the voices of the whole community. Elders are valued and respected. Children are valued and respected. Warriors and hunters are valued and respected. Mothers and fathers are valued and respected. Animals are valued and respected. The Earth is valued and respected.
Through your time with us, our intention is to support your learning within the framework of presence, integrity and conscious communication so that you truly feel supported in your breathwork facilitation journey and beyond.
This program starts from the fundamental premise of respect and reciprocity. We have become accustomed to taking from this Earth and our greatest desire is to give back, to each other and to the Earth. Our work uses these principles as a strong framework for self awareness and personal growth.

WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING
“Having completed THREE previous breathwork training programs, nothing compares to this course! I highly recommend it to anyone looking to invest in a training that is thorough, ethical and professional. The trauma informed course content covers everything there is to know about the science and mysticism of functional and therapeutic breathwork, how to support ourselves as responsible practitioners and how to plan and deliver breathwork sessions. I now feel confident, equipped and supported to be the practitioner my clients need.”
— Ruth John, Reset With Ruth, Corporate Wellbeing Practitioner.
“I LOVE Steph Magenta, Primarily because she’s REAL. She turns up as her true authentic self and that’s a fierce, baddass warrior woman extraordinaire! She walks her talk and has endlessly reinvented herself as she continues to consciously evolve. I absolutely recommend her as I know she continues to seek new ways to do ‘peak human’. she delivers with experience, expertise, compassion & a wicked sense of humour.”
